FOTL & Express Pass

Can someone explain - Is there a difference in how one is treated in the lines with FOTL access vs the Express Pass?

Thanks - our last trip to Universal was over 15 years ago. We will be staying off site.

They both use the express line. When you stay onsite, express is unlimited use. When you stay offsite and purchase the express, it allows you to use the express one time on each ride and show.
