FOTL And Not Staying On Site

When I was at Universal this past April, I thought you could purchase a book of FOTL passes and could ride each ride once using the pass. I see nothing about this on the online site - only info about FOTL and staying in an onsite hotel.

Do these really exist? if so, how can I purchase them? what do the cost?

They do exist, they're called Express Plus passes. They are good only at the park you buy them for, on the date specified on the ticket. You get one express access per attraction with Express.

Price varies depending on season. They can be as little as $15/person or $35+ per person.
