Fort Wilderness Visitors June 2008

Howdy Everyone,

We are headed to the Fort on June 7th 2008. I know. . . . . . it is still a l-o-n-g away. However, we are counting down the days and wondering if any Disboarders will be there at the same time.

The group is myself (DW45), hubby (DH49) and son (DS11) and we are staying in the cabins for a weeklong visit to WDW.

We love to hook up with other Dissers on the beach in the evening while we watch the EWP or the fireworks from the MK. Let us know if you will be there during our trip.

From Iowa here. We'll have a bunch of us of all ages from 5 to 50 down there staying in our pop up and tent from June 9th to the 22nd. We should be up front in the preferred campsites, hopefully close to the beach. Should be as most of the preferred are near there. We did put in a preference for 100 or 200 loop, no guarantees though. Stay in touch.

Yes, lets stay connected. I know we have a while to go but we are already planning. We stayed for a week last year and had a BLAST! We were there in early April, and believe it or not the weather was a little spotty. We had to limit time at the pools and waterparks because it turned very cool. By going in June, we figured the weather would be warmer but consistent.

June is a little rain every day, a lot of rain a few and the rest is nice. Been there the last two years at the same time. Once at Ft. Wilderness and once at All Star Music. Back to the Fort this year. We missed it soo much.

We'll be there June 13-19th. Will be tent camping (most likely 2000 loop)

We will be there the last week of June until right after the 4th. It should be a blast and hope to see lots of DIS'ers there.

We'll be there from June 9th-16th! We've requested loop 800 (I hope that's a good loop!). It'll be me, DH, and DD (15). We've been counting down to this trip f-o-r-e-v-e-r!!!

Hey PJ looks like we'll be there the same time that you'll be there. We're going to Myrtle Beach for a week and then arriving at the Fort on June 27th and leaving July 6th. Can't wait, we haven't been there since April 2005.

Looks like I'm going to have to put some lime green Mickeys out there. Better start looking for them now in case they run out as they sometimes do.
