Fort Wilderness Transportation

You will probable have to take the internal bus to the Outpost checkin area, then transfer to a TTC bus from there, then you can take the monorail to Epcot.

Thanks for the quick reply:D :D I figured that with us going in the "off" season things it may take a little longer to get around. I'm sure that there will be a lot of people in the same situation.

Thanks again!

Not quite... From the Settlement area, there is a bus that goes to the TTC directly.

We will be camping in the 1800 or 1900 loop so...

to get to the MK ...take the yellow bus to the settlement depot and walk to the marina and take the boat OR take the yellow bus to the settlement depot and transfer to the Orange bus to the TTC and take the monorail?

to get to Epcot...take the yellow bus to the settlement depot transfer to the Orange to the TTC and take the monorail OR yellow bus to outpost and transfer to epcot bus

to get to AK/blizzard beach/typhoon lagoon/DD...take the yellow bus to the outpost and take the appropriate bus to park

to get to MGM ... take the yellow bus to the Settlement depot and transfer to the MGM bus

Does she got it??

You got it!! :)

Just be sure to board the bus heading in the proper direction. Since only the Yellow bus services the 1600-1900 loop stop, you'll just need to look out for the words 'Settlement' and 'Outpost.' When at either the Settlement or the Outpost, just look for the word 'Yellow.'

By the way... from those campsites, it will never take more than a couple minutes at tops to get to either the Settlement or Outpost.

Thanks Tyler!

I know I've still got a long way to go but I'm so excited to be going!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

The devil is in the details though and now that I'm getting down to the details I'm getting really nervous.

or two......See what you all started.....

What are the hours for the internal buses within the campground? What time do they start running and what time do they stop?

If I want to get the MK EMH what time should I be looking to catch an internal bus from loops 1800/1900 to the Marina in order to be on the first boat to the MK? Will the internal buses be running at this time? Is it better for EMH mornings to take the bus system all the way to the TTC and monorail in to MK?

If I stay out at PI untill close and get a bus back to the resort will I be able to get an internal bus back to my campsite?

Buses start running at 7:00am. You should see the first bus a few minutes thereafter.

Regular service within the campground happens every 10 minutes until about midnight. After Midnight, service slows down to every 20 minutes. Internal buses shut down at 2am. HOWEVER, there will still be a bus that takes care of Pleasure Island folk. :)

HvnzCaress:

We've also taken either boat (MK or CR) to get to the monorail. Monorail to TTC and switch to Epcot monorail. We really enjoy the boat transpotation, and like to ask to ride in the front of the monorails from the resorts.
