It was a win for me when I got to the Fort after checking in and headed over to meet snowmedic before he checked out. I think he was leaving the next day. He was camping in the 1500 loop (I LOVE

the 1500 loop camping in my pop-up) and he and I walked together and I showed him where the initials are. He is one of only two people besides myself who know where my initials are. So it was no accident - I wanted at least two witnesses besides myself who could testify that those initials really do exist in a patch of concrete at the Fort and he is one of the two witnesses.
It took several attempts over the years to finally get a set of initials that dried in concrete. When Disney has done concrete work at the Fort (sidewalks, driveways), they post workers with the concrete to stay with it and smooth out any blemishes that might occur until the concrete sets (ask me how I know this). Honestly after I finally got an E and a D set in, I'm not real wild about letting everyone know where they are. If the Disney interns who monitor fan sites alerted management, that patch of concrete would probably get reworked pronto.
I've had a very few DISsers look for the initials and come up short and I would like to keep the list of those who know where the initials are to a very few. The Fort has a lot of sidewalks and driveways.
So while I like the idea of a Scavenger hunt, after I think about it I prefer my initials not to be a part of it. IMHO.
