Fort Wilderness Parking

We are going on a sleigh ride at Fort Wilderness next month and am wondering if FW still uses the internal bus or is there parking near Pioneer Hall where we will be eating after the sleigh ride? Also thinking about visiting Wilderness Lodge to see the decorations. How is the walk from FW to WL? Is it doable in the dark? And may want to do a quick trip to MK, probably by boat.

Is this too much? Will most of our time be spent getting from one point to another?

The walk is very dark at night. No lights on the path.

Just take the boat from WL to FW. It's a short ride and runs till around 11pm. The walk is about a mile with no lights.
