Fort Wilderness Master thread?

We're considering a cabin at Fort Wilderness for our next stay. Is there a master thread that will help with questions like best locations, amenities, and if we really need to rent that golf cart?

This was very helpful for me when I was planning my first cabin stay in January.
We were in 2400 loop and it seemed like a great location. We were right across the street (diagonally) to a pool (also laundry room) and there was a bus stop (inter-resort bus) right at the end of our loop. I really loved it.

Thanks everyone! I wouldn't think of renting a fully enclosed, air conditioned cabin with TV and a shower as camping. Whoops!
