I'll be right behind you. Leaving Saturday @ 6am from Stone Mountain. We're stayinng off site until Monday (no room at the fort) but we'll get our disney fix from and on Sunday. I'm too excited to sleep....

They'll be a little late getting to Buford to pick you up Dis Dawg because coming up to Massachusetts to pick me up will add a little time to their travel. My suitcase is packed, and I too, will be waiting curbside.

p.s. I'm already potty trained so you don't have to worry 'bout that!

We've lost our windshield on the cart once (now we remove it while traveling) and we cracked our roof on our last trip. It never occurred to us to remove it until we saw your pictures. Do you think we would lessen the bounce if we anchored the cart down at the tires?

Its more than like to have cracked because of constant wind pressure, not the bouncing, but I havent put my cart in the back of ANYTHING without tying it down so far, and dont think I ever will. An ounce of prevention beats a ton of cure.

I hope they did too. I posted a picture of the rain today on a different thread. It was brutal at times.

Wow, this is the first time in a long time that I haven't used my computer for a solid week!! It's Friday night and we leave tomorrow . I honestly only opened my laptop to plan dates for our next trip to the Fort! hahaha

DD9 was just about in tears tonight since we leave in the morning, but was so tired from all of the sun and fishing today, she just went to bed too. We spent the morning at Epcot and and then the afternoon at the Fort. Last weekend was REALLY rainy, but this week has been BEAUTIFUL!!

We SO don't want to pull out tomorrow, but duty calls...ugh! I'll post a trip report with lots of pics later this weekend or Monday. Met a few disboard members and missed even more. We did a lot of looping and have had a great trip.

We're about to watch the fireworks through the trees (we're in Loop 100) and enjoy these adult beverages. God, I really don't want to leave in the morning!!!

Shoot! I opened the thread, thought y'all were leaving today, began feeling Fort envy, only to read that tonight's your last night and you're going home in the morning. The shift from envy to empathy is taxing.

Have a safe trip home, write a great report and begin planning the next trip.

I feel your pain, Sonya. When you do get home, throw yourself into planning the next one and focus on that trip report! That's like a Kungaloosh after a hard day!
