Fort Wilderness Cabins - Nov/Dec

I posted this thread earlier today, but with the boards acting up the way they are it seems to have disappeared..

Anywhoooo.. What are the typical rates for the cabins during that time period? Rack - AAA (if available) - and AP..

Also, I read something about "vehicular traffic is restricted" in the Ft. Wilderness area.. What does this mean? I see that there is a limit of one car per cabin, but does this mean you have to take Disney transportation to the parks as opposed to driving there yourself?

After Thanksgiving I believe the cabin rates return to "Value Season". I'm hoping for great rates starting the weekend after Turkey Day.

You are allowed to drive from your cabin to the parks. It's probably easier to take a boat from the FW marina to the MK, though.

Thanks.. Any idea what the value season rates are? I'd look it up here on the DIS but the boards are so slow it would probably take me all day - LOL..

There are AAA rates for cabins as well as campsites!

I'll be arriving on Thanksgiving Day and am thinking of doing a split stay between POP and FW Cabins. This all depends on the value if it happens as it has in the past Keep me posted on how you make out witht he prices!
