Fort Wilderness Cabin question

It would be probably 150 or so students, mostly 8th graders. A few 7th graders (like 8 or 10) will go because they auditioned for and made jazz band.

So he would be talking about getting at least 25 cabins at 6 students per cabin.

The minimum number of chaperons is 15 but I would hope there would be more. So they would need maybe 5 more cabins because generally the adults don't have to share as much, so 30 cabins total.

All I can say is :rotfl:.

As others have said, this idea will not work for multiple reasons.

Good News! First payment is due tomorrow and they are staying at All Star Music! Thank you all for your insight. I know the chorus teacher, so was able to share some things that you mentioned in a casual conversation. He confirmed that the band teacher had gotten a bit internet happy and found Fort Wilderness. Then had gotten a preliminary quote which wasn't bad. A few days later, the Disney Rep had called back with the correct figures which were substantially higher. Go figure!
