I was reading a previous thread on the same subject and now I'm intrigued about FW and the cabins (after not having stayed there for 30 years).

The kitchen (and especially the fridge) are "full size", correct?

Are grills located at every site?

What do you suppose my chances would be to book 2 cabins next to each other with a tent/popup nearby? Are the cabins just in one section, or scattered about FW?

Yes, the refrig is full size AND there is a full size stove. Each cabin has a grill, although ours needed some cleaning (can we say yuck). No big deal, it was a blast at the cabins! We had so much fun. We rented a golf cart which my teens LOVED and my little one loved the bingo games and prizes. Also, the nighttime movies and marshmellow roasts were great memories.

Our cabin loop backed up to tent campers so I can only imagine they could put you into those cabins with a campsite a few yards away in the "backyard".

Enjoy your vacation there, its a really cool place!

I don't remember seeing any tents or popups near my loop but then again I wasn't on the look out for them.
