Yep, I'll quit *****ing about the rain up here. It's a fine day, and a good weekend. Got all my fingers and toes crossed for everyone in TX-LA, be careful. We have several relatives from Houston up here for a wedding this weekend, we'll see if they can go back Monday as planned.
Have a great trip Carol. It's supposed to rain all weekend here - at least we won't get anywhere near as much rain as Texas will ---- you guys be careful down there!
Betcha did'nt see that com'n, did'ja ?!?! Okay, the week-end is here, lets get it started.
Everyone have a good one !
From what I see on TV,,Ike was not as bad as they thought it would be,,but it's still not a good a good situation for our friends in that area,,keep them in your thoughts.
If I hadn't signed up for an extra shift I wouldn't get to see Frank's Good Morning cheer. What a loss that would be.
Got my niece married yesterday, and the groom didn't even pass out, though DW and I had a running bet. During the rehersal he got so nervous he couldn't remember his own family members' names when the priest asked him to introduce everyone, my niece had to help him out. Made it home from the reception about midnight last night, and had to be here at 6:30.
Now I just have to stay awake all day. May not be enough coffee in the world for that!
Oh, no emergency. On-the-job injuries are proibited without authorization 24 hours in advance! That should cover it. Good, now back to sleep... zzzzzzzzzzz
