John, Nice to see you! And may I say that you do not look like a candidate for gastric bypass. I had a much different image of you because of they way you described yourself (giving you the "tsk,tsk - shame on you"). Well, you are much braver than I am. You all will never see a picture of me until I get to meet you all in person at a GG!

Ok, in my defense, that snow picture was taken about 3 yrs ago, and since then, I haven't been able to walk very well, and have been pretty much a vegetable. So I have packed a few pounds on since that picture. LOL

I really don't care what I look like, I just want to loose weight so I can be more healthy, and be more mobile for Matt and Erica.

I have to get home to see these! Been busy this weekend - I have to catch up but the next two weeks might be a problem. Two out of three kids will be home over Labor Day and we'll be tipping a few! Thursday we're going to the Chautauqua Institute and doing some wine tours too.

Actually Frank, my favorite winery is in the Finger Lakes on Seneca Lake -- it's a winery AND a micro brewery. A really neat place. Unfortunately that's in the opposite direction.
