Fort branded merchandise

I'm sure I'm way behind on this information because we were crazy enough to stay at a value resort last year instead of the fort, but they have discontinued all Fort Wilderness branded merchandise! I was checking out with a couple holographic FW post cards and the CM tells me it's the last of the FW merchandise. Sure enough I look around both gift shops and NOTHING. I couldn't believe it we love Fort stuff. Any news that might suggest corporate second thoughts? Think it will be back?

Apparently, the powers that be had a better idea. 'Four Parks One World.'
However, they didn't ask us first.
I loved the resort specific merchandise.
Years ago, I started a collection of coffee mugs from each resort that I ever stayed at.
I guess that will be the end of that.
Just think how valuable all of our Fort treasures are becoming!

Big surprise there, the powers that be never listen to the people that actually pay for stuff at the parks. This is VERY dishearting though and I am saddened to read this. Gosh, I guess I won't be spending that much money on my next trip to the Fort. I hope my tire cover doesn't crap out, cause it sounds like from this post that it won't be replaceable unless I want to spend double to buy it from someone on Ebay- no way!

1) More of an excuse than a program.
2) It is just so much cheaper to order all the same merchandise.
3) Volume pricing sure beats small lot-pricing.

It’s not just resort specific merchandise. All of the stuff I got this last and this year says Disney World Disney land in it.
