Formal Nights on the 7 night Cruise

How dressy do you need to get for the formal nights on the 7 night cruise? Do the guys need a tux? Evenign gowns for the ladies? Or will a nice dress for the ladies and suit and tie for the men work?

A suit will be fine for the gents and for ladies a dress, evening gown or trouser suit is fine, you can dress up if you wish and take / hire a tux and evening gown, you' won't be alone either way and formal night makes great photo opportunities
