Form of payment other than Paypal

We're having a problem completing a transaction because the person taking my points has a now dormant Paypal account (for lack of use).
What other form of payment can we use to do this quickly and without incurring fees? Thanks!

We just have our renters mail us a check.

I have rented in the past and used a certified check to pay the owners. I sent it by certified mail and it had to be signed for by the addressee.
