Last day in park was yesterday, forgot to buy last night is there anywhere outside to buy the mickey bread and or groot bread. Not sure if onsite concierge can for a pretty $ I am sure, or is there anywhere I am not thinking of in downtown Disney.

Have you tried going to the DCA - GCH entrance with your whole family, explain the situation and see if a CM would let ONE of the adults run in while everyone else waits for them to return with the Groot Bread?

Awhile back I heard of Disney granting a one hour shopping pass... I have no idea if that was legit though. We love that bread! Someone else reported that it could be bought at the fruit stand just inside the entrance of DCA.

I had heard they don't allow the one hour pass any more. But who knows the way things change at Disneyland.
I thought with the family there, a CM might allow one to make a quick shopping trip. Like the one hour pass idea....
While I don't think it's as easy as they make it look in this video, Disney Family has a short video on how to make the Groot Bread... https://family.disney.com/articles/groot-bread/

I joke that the bread is our cheapest meal in the parks, but I'm a little bit serious. We are a family of 6. We eat the entire Mickey bread (with no shortage of butter) in one sitting. Everyone is full when we are done! It makes for a great late morning snack and we don't need lunch until later.

I know it's too late for you now, but next time (if you have a car) you should check out the Boudin Bakery and Cafe at the Main Place Mall. It's about 10 minutes from Disneyland and they have terrific bread. They won't have Mickey-shaped loaves bit may have other ones. I've seen turtle-shaped ones before.
