I'm a new DVC owner and had to call member services this morning to make an adjustment to my vacation. I left my member ID at home but was hoping they could look me up some other way and my internet at work was down so I couldnt login and get it. After talking to a cast member she said she couldn't help unless I provided my member id. Luckily I was able to login on my phone after turning off my wifi and get it that way but I'm curious if there is supposed to be another way to verify a member when they don't have their id with them? My husband said when he called once they mentioned the social wasn't a match so they needed other info. Just curious if maybe my social is wrong and I should figure out how to get that corrected since that's what they sometimes use if you don't have your member ID. (Pure speculation)
