ForEx & Grant FInder Check your Credit Cards

I was charged for these even though I cancelled & have a valid cancellation code. The nice lady at corporate told me they don't have a record of having charged me & it is probably a result of the Registration Network charging me (even though I cancelled). I got the email from Reg.Net. about renewing & called ForEx & Grant Finder then--I was assured that I was cancelled, it was valid, & I would not be charged.

Well, I was charged. I just had to fax them a copy of my cc statement to get them to process a refund. She said she would have it worked out this afternoon. Let's hope so. I'll be staying away from any offers that use REg.Net. to process--if I can figure that out before I submit.

Anyway, these charges just came in over the weekend, so if you signed up for these offers you may want to double check your statement.

I was charged today the $39.95 for Keywords 4 Success. They go through the same reg.net company as Grant Finder. I did cancel both and they have that in their computer, I need to talk to "corporate" when they are open tomorrow. Also, I saw that when you view your receipt there is an option to cancel below. My accounts weren't showing as cancelled on reg.net. So, I just did it now to be sure.

When I spoke to "corporate" this weekend she advised me not to do the cancel link in the receipt--that some people were reporting to her that they were renewed by doing that, but I may do it anyway. It is just a big headache.

I talked to a very helpful person this morning around 12:15 eastern. I tried to call back at 3:15 to make sure they got my fax. I was on hold for about 10 minutes or more & the person that answered accidentally hung up on me (I had asked to speak to the person from my earlier call). I immediately called back & after being on hold for 30 minutes I gave up.

I am going to have to check my statement. Yuck....I like earning the money from the sites, but when this kind of thing happens, what a pain. Good luck guys. I am going to check my statement now....

oh darn. I was worried about this one after the whole "We don't see you in our database." thing when I called to cancel.

Sure enough, I see a charge on my credit card this morning for $39.95.

Last Monday I was charged $59.95 from Reg.net. I called the 800 and was told I did not cancel Auction Monster. Yes I did and had the cancellation number. Anyhow they processed the refund and on Thursday it showed up. When talking to the rep on the phone he said Auction Monster, The Grant Finder, Ebay Success Trial and few others are the same company and linked together. I have no desired to deal with this company again and oh the worst part is I didn't even get my $10 reward from Auction Monster or Ebay to Success!

I spent the morning on the phone also. First one was Keywords 4 success 8.95 and 39.95that was cancelled 3 weeks ago and the big one was Grant Search finder also cancelled 3 weeks ago that had a bunch of sub trials 49.95, 3.95, 7.95 and 9.95 Yes over 100 in charges. supposed to all be credited back within the week. They are haveing a problem with Reg.NET so please watch your cards.

this is so frustrating. I sent an email to reg.net this morning and never heard back.


I called the 800# and they are back to claiming that they've never heard of me. They said they were going to transfer me to "corporate" where I sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer.

At this point, I'll give them the $9 back if they will just straighten it all out and leave my life.

I did several of their offers and the Forex was the only one that I was a non person to. Of course after they told me that I was not in their data base they did send me the "we are just about to charge you" e-mail. I hit cancel on that one and am watching my CC everyday just to make sure. But I did get credit!

well, my credit from Forex processed today on my credit card so it all turned out ok.


I still don't know what is up with all that "we can't find you, let me transfer you to Corporate" thing, but I didn't have any problems getting them to reverse the charge. I think I'll probably avoid further deals that use Reg.net to process though, if it is apparent.

I still havent gotten my credits either...they have another day or 2 as to the time frame to watch for them.

I also just got done getting them to credit me for the $39.95. I had to email a copy of my credit card statement(with no personal info), because they had no record of me being charged. Seems weird!!
