For you natual cosmetic users...

I also use jojoba oil much of the time. My other natural moisturizer is Weleda almond (purchased overseas, unfortunately). I also use Earth Science almond and aloe moisturizer. It is easily found online and in some stores. It may have a few ingredients that aren't completely natural, but its close. It doesn't contain parabens, DEA, TEA, polyacrylamide, etc., so I'm pretty happy with it.

How about getting an Aloe plant and pinching it to extract the oil and use that on your face?

You might also try the Arbonne line of products. They are mineral oil free, therefore don't clog, and they actually will absorb into the skin. Their moisturizers, hand cream and body lotions are some of the best I've used.

Definitly try Arbonne. It has no animal by products and no mineral oil. You have to find a consultant in your area to purchase them or sign up online to become a wholesale buyer to get it at a discount. It's worth trying. It has made a huge difference in my face. I hardly where makeup anymore, just a little powder and I'm out the door.
