How many women do laundry, make beds and clean a little bit before going to work? First i shower then I took dishes out of the dishwasher, did one load of laundry, made my bed and got my lunch ready to take to work. I wish one morning I could get up and just take care of me. :D

I get up shower & go to work. I'm NOT a morning person. It would be amazing if I can speak a coherent sentance before 9! All that stuff gets done in the evening @ my house.

I make the bed every morning and if I ran the dishwasher the night before I empty it before going to work. I also sweep the floor around the area of the cat's box. And if there is anything in the drain board I put that away as well. I also sometimes take out the garbage and the recycling.

No, I sleep as late as possible so I do not have time to clean anything before I leave for work. Cleaning is an evening/weekend activity for me.

Here's a tip: beds don't REALLY have to be made. I mean, there are enough other chores that HAVE to be done, dishes and laundry, for example. Does it really matter to anyone if they crawl back into an unmade bed?

I don't leave for work until about 9 in the morning. I get my best work done then. Empty the dishwasher, make the bed, do a load of wash, catch up on the DIS and do the Riddle. All the important stuff.

I groggily get myself out of bed, then I get ready, then I beg my kids to get up and get ready, either I or my ds takes our puppy outside to do his business, I hurriedly make us something to eat, then I get in the truck as fast as I can, go pick up my SO's nieces, take them and my kids to school, then I go to work and try to wake up completely with a cup of coffee. Housework waits until I get home. If I wake up a few minutes early, I'll make up my bed, but it can wait. I'm not a morning person at all.

 ;) - I usually clean the bathroom before heading off to work. And I will empty the dishwasher. I don't make the bed!!!

I always do laundry very early in the morning (5:30 - 6:00am)... I live in an apartment comlex so getting the washers/dryers can be tough. I love it... nobody is there and I get everything done in a few hours!!!

I don't do a darn thing to my house in the morning. The covers get pulled back on the bed and that's about it. Everything else, including pj's on the bathroom floor, waits until I get home.

Ewwwwww  I can't imagine getting into an unmade bed. If I had the time and enough sheets, I would changed the sheets everyday as well. Ahhhhh nothing like fresh, clean sheets. But since I can't do that, at least having everything smooth and not rumpled is almost as good. I even turn down the bed every night. :p Plus our bedroom can be seen from the family room, and I can't stand looking at a messy bed.

My morning today involved making the bed, emptying the dishwasher, starting a load of wash and fixing DS breakfast before leaving for work.

One thing I always do is make the bed. I can't stand to leave it undone! I'll take the dog out, put away dishes, throw clothes in the hamper, and that's about all the time I have before I'm racing out the door!

I get up and do a load of laundry or two. It helps throughout the week. I'd make the bed but DH is still in it. During the school year get DD lunch/snack ready. Then shower and get to work.

I always make the beds and clean out the tub after I have used it. Thats about it. I do my heavy cleaning (mopping the floor, cleaning the bathrooms) at night, usually when I can't sleep.

I wake up, do an hour of yoga or an exercise video and then shower. Make the bed, wake up daughter, (she makes her bed). Then downstairs to make breakfast (usually unload dishwasher or put in load of laundry while breakfast cooks), feed the cat, clean and clear breakfast dishes, take out something for dinner to defrost in the fridge, water the veggie garden and head out by 6:45.

WOMEN? What do you mean WOMEN? Oh, my, I thought the households have come farther than that...

My DH and I BOTH do things like that before we each walk out the door. Empty the dishwasher, squeegee the shower, make coffee, bring in the newspaper, feed the cats, iron clothes, gather the garbage, etc. etc.

Why in the world would I (a woman) just do it all?? I don't know what the rest of the world is doing, but in our house, it's a shared responsibility, including our DD (17).

Let's see my DH has to be on duty at 5:00 AM that means getting up around 3:30 AM. I hardly expect him to do any cleaning at that hour. He does come home and do things around the house like running the vacuum, sweeping the floors, bugging the house, making dinner, etc. In fact he probably does more cleaning than me, it just so happens I pull morning duty.

I do a little, but most of my extra time is spent on my Bible school lesson and prayer. I put dishes away, if there are any to put away, do crunches and take care of the cats each morning. I have to leave at 6:15 and I am not willing to get up any earlier to do housework. Thankfully I don't have to get the girls out the door, but I will have to work DD#1 into my schedule once school starts. DH makes the bed and does all the laundry. He also helps with the cleaning.
