For what increments do the kid's clubs bill?

I was wondering if they are there say 2.5 hours, is that what they charge for, or do they charge you for 3 full hours. With three kids, this is going to add up!

I'm not sure if the clubs have minimum stay requirements, but in the example you use, you would pay for 2.5 not 3 hours.
