What are some of the really cool rides and attractions at US/IOA?? I heard MIB is really cool the aliens shot back and its great fun. Any others???

At Islands of Adventure, Spiderman is not to be missed. The three water rides are great if you don't mind getting soaked (although you don't get completely drenched on Jurrassic Park. The Cat in the Hat is really cute, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the trolley ride in Suess Island.

At Universal Studios, MIB is great, and so is the Simpsons ride.

Some of my favourites below:

Universal Studios:

Horror Make-Up Show
Men in Black
Revenge of the Mummy (technically a coaster but still way cool)
Blues Brothers
Terminator 3D

IOA:

One Fish Two Fish (for the kids but I love it)
The talking fountain outside Sinbad
Spiderman
Doctor Doom's Fearfall

There are some great rides and attractions :thumbsup2

Also, don't worry about things really being a "coaster" if you can't see it. For example, a lot of guests think Spiderman (or MIB, Simpsons, Disaster, even Poseidon't Fury) is a Coaster because of the way its warning sign is written, but they can't see it so they assume it's a coaster. If it looks like a roller coaster, it is a roller coaster, except for Mummy, which is an indoor roller coaster.

The Horror Make-Up Show is my favorite attraction and I feel it should never be missed. ;)

If you have the time, try not to miss anything! Everything's great in my eyes. :)

ITA :thumbsup2 Most don't realize Mummy is actually a ride through show at the beginning.... It's cool....(as long as the lights aren't on! :headache: )

Spicerman is ridiculously cool, but the best ride in Florida is still JAWS! :goodvibes

The Simpsons, Spiderman, MIB and all of the water rides

How scary are the Mummy and Jaws :fish:

The Mummy is pretty intense and does have the odd scary moment. Jaws is a bit tongue-in-cheek but, again, has a couple of bits that do make you jump.

Having said that, my squeamish 6 year old has done both and was absolutely fine, although he didn't like the Mummy but that was more due to going backwards.

Honestly...imo, Jaws is nothing. Check it out on YouTube.

mof, you can YouTube ANY ride at the parks and see them....there's always some moron sneaking a camera on a ride.
