Our room was on the third floor right above one of the shops... it overlooked the bay and had a large window, but no balcony. Our villa was actually part of an even larger villa that I believe the bellman said was a 3 bedroom villa? But I'm not sure. It was a large room and perfectly clean (actually much cleaner than Disney I have to say)
When you first walk in there is a butler's pantry on the right with glassware, then the entrance to the bathroom was on the left. It was a very large bathroom with a huge double vanity, glass shower, huge jacuzzi tub, and shutters that opened up to the bedroom. In the bedroom we had a king size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. There was a large armoire with TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo system with cd player, fax machine, and fully stocked minibar. The bed had a down comforter with lots of small and large pillows. The room decor was very nice. (I have to say again it was even better than Disney)
The hotel is beautiful, and the boat ride to Universal is short and pleasant.

The resort has a large theme pool and another quiet pool. Also there are several restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops, and a really nice bakery with good coffee.

I really can't say enough good things about our stay there. Concierge is available to all guests and they helped us so much with our park tickets, transportaion, and setting up babysitting services.
If the search feature is working there is an old post of mine with lots of pictures of our room.

I'll see if I can find it and bump it up for you.
If you have any other questions let me know.
