As Denis Leary once said, in regards to smoking:

Well it's the ten worst years, isn't it folks? It's the ones at the end! It's the wheelchair, kidney dialysis, adult diaper ******* years. You can have those years! We don't want 'em, alright?

But I have kids, so my opinion wasn't asked for.

For that matter, Denis Leary has kids, too.
And he eventually stopped smoking.
