I went to Nine Dragons twice last week, and although General Tso's chicken wasn't available to order, it was a special both times (as was the pepper steak). The first night, as I was about to order the honey chicken, I commented that I was disppointed to hear that they took the General Tso's from the menu, and I was told it was a special.
The second time, I was told that it was a special.
So don't be afraid to ask for the General Tso's. That being said, I did get it the first night, and it was excellent--nice and spicy. Large portion (too much for me to finish), and all white meat.
