If you have found better rates or perhaps have a favorite hotel on Disney property that you would rather stay at please go ahead and book it.
Please call us with your reservation confirmation number so that we may include you in our group reservations.
Transportation
A motor coach will be provided to transport guests from the Wedding pavilion to the Boardwalk Inn and Epcot center
The motor coach bus will pick guests up outside their hotel, if you are staying at one of our selected hotels. The bus will transport you throughout the day and take you back to your hotel at the end of the evening!
Pick up will take place outside the hotel lobby by the valet service, NOT the regular bus stop. Times will vary by hotel see the schedule below.
To take advantage of this service if you are not staying at one of our resorts you must get yourself to one of the hotels by the indicated time.
