Something just occured to me.
What do you do with your groceries if your room is not ready when you check in?
Will they hold it with your luggage?
How do they identify it? Do they put tags on it? :flower:

When I arrived at the Poly last year after our grocery stop, they held our groceries with our luggage for the few hours before our room was ready. The Poly even refigerated our milk.

They tag all your groceries as well as your bags. You can even ask them to refrigerate your perishables. At least in our case, they kept all our luggage and groceries together on one luggage cart.

At PO-FQ, they kept our milk a fridge until we got to our room. If you're still concerned, call your resort and see if they do they same.

1 day to go?? How lucky!!!

Cheers!

I'm in the same boat as you...not sure if our room will be ready when we arrive. I've been told the same as above...the resort will store your groceries the same as your luggage...keeping the perishables in the fridge or even freezer if needed. Someone did suggest to me that I take something to label my grocery bags so they will keep them straight...fridge v. freezer. So, I'm taking some blank address labels from the computer and I usually carry a sharpie marker anyway...so IF the room isn't ready then I will just write on the labels "FRIDGE", "FREEZER" and to be on the safe side, add our name and room number (if we know it) so the staff will be able to easily identify the bags. You might want to do the same, just in case, as a suggestion.
