For those who own a digital... What kind do you own and...

What do you like/not like about it? I'm just curious....
I have the Sony 717 which I love. I am trying to learn to use it in the manual settings (and it's a challange). It takes beautiful photos. But I have a lot to learn!! I ordered a telephoto lense for it yesterday.

I have the Sony Cybershot P-32 and love it. I am not a pro by any means so simple with good quality was a must for me. Oh and less expensive was a must for DW.

I have the Olympus Camedia and I LOVE IT!! I literally take pictures of everything, now. I love it's size and it's color, (it's black and gold, my favorite combination and the size of my cellphone) and it's so easy to use, even for a digital dummy like me!

Nikon 995 (current edition is 4500). I love the swivel split body probably the most. Really facillitates taking pictures easily. Also, the manual settings give you a huge universe of choices. Don't like? Maybe the the 4x limit on the zoom, would like 8x like the 5700, or maybe 10x that some have now.

I like your pictures, especailly the ones of the sky and water, as well as the cemetery. I really like this one, not sure if it will link or not from that site.

The only thing I don't like about mine is it IS big. I miss being able to put the camera in my pocket and go.

The cemetaries there are amazing. One is from the Slide that happened during the Gold Rush.

Nikon Coolpix 990 and I *love* it!

I have played with my friends' Nikon Coolpix 4500, though, and didn't like it as well. They got rid of a couple of the features I *like* about the 990 and changed the body just a little.

*I* did not take them My friends husband took them (and was messing around with settings, so it's not AS good as it could be).
He took the bear pictures too and really buggered those up.

I will take a picture of your house next week It's sooo pretty up there.

Great pictures, Rachel!! I have a Canon G3 currently and I love a lot of the features. I love that I have a swivel screen to look at so I can get some tougher shots than I used to. It also has a nice variety of settings for me to choose from and I noticed I've gotten some shots that I wasn't able to with me Canon S20. A lot of fun... sometimes I do wish it were smaller but it's still a nice camera
