For Those Who Like To Scrapbook

A friend of mine was telling me today something she did her last trip to WDW. She took the Creative Memories Disney scrapbook which is 7x7 and put cardstock paper in it for autographs. Then took pics of her son getting autographs from the different characters. When she got home she took the pics and did page layouts to coincide with the different autographs on the opposite page.

That is a neat idea! Some of my friends have done that, but I did not. I did buy the 12X12 Creative Memories Disney coverset and have been working one putting my Disney pictures in there from my June trip! They look really good in that scrapbook!

I LOVE Creative Memories products and also used the 7x7 Disney album for my kids autographs books. I cut CM paper into 4x6 squares and placed them, along with CM's round tip pen, in a zip bag for each child. I kept it all in my fanny pack and we just pulled out a slip for each character. When we got home I put the autograph on one side and the picture of the kids with that character on the opposing side. They each had random pictures they wanted in their books so it's a bit more than an autograph book- it's truly a memory book!

CM has so many great Disney products and my albums take me back each time I look at them! And get this... while getting Ariel's autograph she looked at our pen and winked at me and said, "Oh, I see Mommy is a scrapbooker!" I thought that was so funny!

OH... forgot to mention that I did not take the actual album with us on our trip; I didn't want to risk damaging the album/pages. I had no trouble keeping the pre-cut paper safe in a zip bag and since I had 2 bags with 30 or so pieces in each bag the paper was always flat.
