For those who have ordered tickets through Alamo.com (i.e. 3-Day Park Hopper)

Hello,

To those who purchased from the # on the Alamo website, what the was days needed to process the order (if there was one). I seemed to have forgotten since last year if there is one or not

From the day I ordered the tickets they took 9 days to get to me in NY. I do know that if you are leaving sooner than they think they'll be delivered you can pick them up at WDW.

Last summer I ordered them about 3 weeks before our trip and was told it would be 10 working days. I still didn't have them in two weeks, so I called and they told me they would have them at Will Call. We had a major problem getting them there--it took 45 min. to straighten it out at the MK will call at opening

I would highly recommend not to use will call and order at least a month in advance to get them in the mail. I also think there is an option of having them sent to your hotel. That would be better than using will call. If you are talking about how long it is supposed to take to have them at will call, I've read you have to order at least 48 hours in advance. There apparantly also has been a recent change that you must have your alamo car reservation number in order to get your tickets through this number.

I ordered the day before I left and picked up at the guess relations window the next day. Real simple and painless.

We ordered ours this past April. It took them right at a week to arrive. The only trouble we had was finding a CM who would actually believe that the 3-day PH existed. For something that Alamo advertised you would think more people would be familiar with it.

We had no trouble picking them up at Tickets and Transportation center last Oct. I had the print-out of the receipt and the credit card that was used.
