For those who have only been one time or who have gone multiple times...

Pins! I try to limit to just a couple of the limited edition ones. We go at least once a year and we are on a budget so there's not much available for suveniers. I just can't help myself!

I always buy my dd a pin, it has to be one that is relavant what is going on in our lives, or a to our trip.

I buy a pin from the resort we are staying in & a new baseball cap, if they have a new style that I like. I only have 4 baseball caps, & one of them is from my turn in the "hotseat". Next trip my grandkids go for the first time & I would like to start DGD a charm bracelet, but don't know what to get for DGS. He is 2, she is 4.

Lori

I always buy a Christmas ornament, snowglobe to add to my growing Disney snowglobe collection, and a magnet. :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I buy myself a new ceramic Tinkerbell figurine each year and DH gets a baseball hat.

Debbie

The snowglobe and picture frame with the year on it! I started this in 1998...so, I have collected 7. Can't wait to see what's on this years. Also, charms for bracelet.

Another one who buys Christmas ornaments. As far as what to do with them all, after 20+ trips, we bought a separate Christmas tree just for the Disney ornaments-my Disney tree. Every year, I love to bring out all the ornaments and relive each trip. One of my favorite ornaments is the one from our first trip in 1987-it's all yellowed now, supposed to be clear, but I love it!

1 Santa ornament (usually from Germany) and a "general" memory ornament. DH and I get matching coffee cups, same design, different characters. ALMOST always get a resort mug, (except when we stayed at the Boardwalk Villa's cuz we had a fridge. Still have some from the 90's at the Contemporary!!! If I find a different character from the ones I have on a pair of socks, I pick that up. I guess that's all the "regulars".

We bought 2 mugs in DLP which we still use every day, so as WDW has 4 times as many parks we bought 4 in Florida (not one from each park) - we bought the ones with scenes from all tha parks and MOM and DAD on the handles, plus two big white ones with pics of Mickey and Pooh.

Just sent off my mail order for recipe book and ornaments which I forgot to buy.... :guilty:

I try to buy a pin from each park, sometimes it's from a specific attraction or show, I am going to buy one from DTD if I can find those also.

I love the ornaments and the mickey shaped ones are on my list this year. I love the jewelry too! Already have a ring, earrings, and a watch. Would love to get another watch.....can never get enough watches!

This year my big buy will be my Pal Mickey......

Elder DS buys 2 pins - one for the hotel and one for the year.

Grand total of 4 so far then! :flower:

Everytime I think to myself I won't find anything more I need, but here is what I have purcahsed the last trip (thank you AP discount!).

A cute doorknob holder that says I would rather be at WDW, 2 cookbooks, a couple shot glasses (oh I meant toothpick holders), a retro Mickey Mouse shirt, a barking pluto plush (for the dog), candy (taffy, krispy bars, macaronni and cheese), lemondae, small glass fish/turtles/etc at Arribras brothers, picture frames, mickey scissors, castle punch, frisbee (for the dog), a few pins, this last time a through ornaments into the mix (I wanna have a disney tree this year!)

These are all great and give me some ideas for our trip in October. Norway dolls....could be interesting... We also get a photo album and something that shows the year on it.

Anyone else.....

Another one here who always buys ornaments when we go to Disney. My tree is covered with Disney ornaments. :sunny:

Some other things that are on our "must buy" for each trip.
- I started purchasing water color prints of each of the resorts we have stayed at. I currently have WL, GF, YC, BWI. They are beautiful prints.

- T-shirts always seem to be purchased too. I say that you can't have enough Disney T-shirts! :teeth:

- My daughters collect snow globes so we always find some new neat ones at the World.

- We also buy a charm for our charm bracelets on each trip. :sunny:

On our Disneymoon in 1995 we bought a large snowglobe. Every trip since then, we have purchased a new one. Sometimes we get one with the year on it, sometimes just a cool one we like. This year we got the one with cinderella's castle inside the globe, and lots of characters on the steps in front of the globe. It was the biggest one yet (and a challenge to get on the plane without having to check it :rolleyes1 )

I think we have 5 of them now.

A silver charm for my charm bracelet. I've been collecting them since I was a kid. I've also started a charm bracelet for DD.

Beach Towels...they are great for the cottage in the summer.

Also, a scrapbook album which has the year on it.

I get one of those mini footballs with the year on it everytime I go.
DS9 always gets a ball of some kind plus a few pins.
DD12 gets pins plus some other "thing" she must have.
I get a sleep shirt or a T-shirt.
DH rarely buys anything for himself.

I always purchase a Christmas ornament. We also like the tall Mickey head candles. I purchase photo albums while we're there for that trip's pictures. We also purchase a photo frame or two for our favorite pictures! Another thing we have quite a collection of is those little metal die-cast ride vehicles.
