How were you notified? Did they call you or send you an e-mail? We're waiting to hear and it's driving me completely nuts!!! Hopefully we'll hear soon. TIA!

We just made it through ROFR this week. I think it took around 3+ weeks, and we were notified by email, too. I know what you mean, though, because I couldn't wait to find out! Now they said the paperwork would take another 4 weeks or so.

We just passed ROFR a couple of weeks ago. Our contract was submitted on Feb. 4th and we were contacted by email on Feb. 14th saying it had passed.

Thanks for the replies! We submitted on 2/13 and are patiently (yeah right!!) waiting. I guess I'll just need to keep an eye on my e-mail. Man this is torture!!!!!!

BTW, I just e-mailed our sales guy and asked him if he's heard anything yet. I know, I know...........I'll probaly get the "when we hear something, you'll be the first to know" response, but I hate just sitting here not knowing. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

We also submitted on 2/13 and we know Disney has at least looked at it because they made us amend the contract because they found 106 points from 2006. Unfortunately they have to be used by 6/1/08, so there is little chance we'll be able to get anything by the time we get approved.

You never know! You might be able to get something. You'll just have to be flexible. Here's hoping we hear something soon!

Do I count the day I returned (faxed) the signed contract? I was counting the days from 2-14-08 only to find out (after I sent an email asking when it was actually sent to Disney) it was sent a week later on 2-21-08

You would start counting on 2/21. Why did it take so long for them to send it to Disney? Were they waiting on the seller? Who are you buying through?

I hope they faxed everything the same day..

When I called to check if my contract and check had arrived at TTS they said it hadn't ( got there the next day ) but the seller had already signed their contract and everything was ready to go. So, hopefully my paperwork was faxed the same day that they received it. I probably should still call and ask...

I would. It never hurts to ask. Our info was faxed to Disney the same day that they received it. They also already had all the paperwork from our seller.

I’m buying through ********** …they found the contract that I wanted through a co-broker (GMAC). I just assumed it would have been sent on the same day… I faxed 7:30 am. I would have thought the seller would respond quickly because I offered what they were asking. Has this happened to anyone else?
