For those who have gone in October

What is the whether like in DW in Oct. We have gone in FEB and it has been freezing . Is it shorts whether or light javket whether. Thanks in advance.

When we went last October it was still shorts or jeans & t-shirt weather. I loved it. Absolutely NOTHING like the summer months, though. Humidity was way down. Perfect weather, I thought.

We were there 10/11 to 10/16 this year, and it was definitely shorts and t-shirts for the kids (I did capris and t's), no jackets needed even at night -- highs were mid to upper 80's with little humidity, just a few clouds every now and then. Apparently the week earlier was very warm and very rainy, and the week after us was in the 90's and very humid, so we lucked out.

we were there the week later and yes, it was HOT! We've had all kinds of weather in October -- everything from fleece and gloves to tanks and shorts. I say pack layers and be prepared!

We were at WDW mid October two years ago. The first half of the trip was super hot. Then a hurricane came through, and it got pretty chilly. I was still cold walking around with a sweatshirt. So you never know until the time comes.

Our last two Oct. trips were very hot and humid. We went the first week of Oct. both times. Maybe later in the month it cools down.
