what's the weather in early to mid march like? we'll be there from 8-12 Mar... we are coming from anchorage alaska and our weather is usually in the single digits or teens that time of year (fahrenheit)...sometimes even below zero...just wondering what to pack

Hopefully will be warmer than that as that's todays temperatures

Showers and wind are mostly what I'm used to for March, so damp and breezy but not cold

Looking at last year it varied from 48° to 68°

I went at the end of March last year, so about 2 weeks later than you're asking about, but it was lovely! It only rained once while we were eating at Walts, and it was warm enough on our 2nd day that my girls were wandering around in their sleeveless princess dresses, with no coat or anything. Most of the time we were fine in jeans and hoodies. I have a feeling I read that March has the least rainfall on average.
