We go to Disney every year, last year (November) was the first time we used the MB's and we had problems. I had booked all of our fastpassess prior to arrival as instructed, there were seven people in our party and I booked them all at the same time. Only two of the people in our party made the mickey heads green on just about all the rides. I had paper proof of the reservations on me at all times and they did let us on every time, but it was a hassle and we often had to step out of line.
For people that had issues like ours, has this been resolved for those that have gone back to Disney since then? I had to talk to IT twice to fix issues with MDE prior to the trip (setting up the MDE guests, etc) they fixed everything, but could this be why we had issues? Is the same thing going to happen for our next trip in November 2014? TIA
