For those who do their own shopping - whadda ya get yourself?

My DH is the worst shopper in the world. You think he could think of one thing I would like or even write down something I have asked for - noooooooo (Last year I got some knick knack shelves that I have absolutely NO use for.) So inevitiably I end up getting my own presents every year.

This year I got myself:

A new digital camera (used it already at WDW)
A really cool velour sweat suit at WDW
A new sweatshirt and t-shirt from my alma matter (Duquesne University - Go Dukes!!!)
Some lottery tickets for my stocking
and I might treat myself to a day at the spa in January

So, if you are your own Santa - what did you get yourself for Christmas?

I got myself a really cute Tinkerbell fleece sweatshirt. I knew no one else would buy it for me and I plan on wearing it to Disneyworld next week!

My hubby usually gets me pretty good presents, but this year I wanted a new digital camera, so I bought it and told him it was my Christmas present! I'm kind of fussy when it comes to things like cameras, so I prefer to get it myself.

'Married w/Children' DVD set
New RUGER pistol
Several trips to the girlie bar (still workin on this one).

I'm signing up for an English class next semester and my eldest dd and I are going to get our hair done at the salon.

I already bought new exercise DVDs earlier this month, too.

Well, I am not doing my own shopping this year and I am pretty sure I will live to regret it. Here is what I would get if I was:

Winnie the Pooh Christmas mug that I saw at the Disney Store last week and DH would not let me buy because "Christmas is coming." Yeah, right. I am soooo not getting that mug.

Oh, and I did get myself a Pal Mickey from the Character Outlet sale and I am way excited about that!

New desk chair, disney scene it game and some ornaments. Even wrapped the presents too.

My hubby is usually ok with gifts but this year I DID get myself something. Yesterday at Downtown Disney I found a bracelet I fell in love with. It's silver and thick with tons of little mickey heads all over it. Very cool!

My DH and I are not exchanging presents this year, so I when I wanted something I told myself it was my Christmas present so I had a great year!

DH is a great gift giver, so no need to buy my own gifts. I do point out stuff that I like. Yesterday we went perfume shopping and I got two new scents. They asked us if it was a Christmas present and I told them no. It was just something I needed and we like to pick it out together (so both "enjoy" the scent. ).
DH never disappoints me on Christmas day. I get presents from "different" people. Some say Santa, some have stuffed animal names on them, the pets give Mommy a gift and this year a new from. He signed some DH. I got a kick out of that one.
He knows what size I wear and Disney gives him a large selection to pick from.

My BF isn't a shopper. He tells me the words "Target", "Wal-Mart" and "International Mall" Actually take time off of his life. the words "shopping" takes HOURS off of his life. So I'm the one who does it. I love to shop so it;s no big deal. *chuckles* It just irritates me that I have to buy my own Christmas Gifts. This year I bought for my self...

Professional Make Up brush set

That's all Right now. After Xmas, we'll see what I'll pick up.

-US Weekly subscription (I wrote the check and sent in the form)

I even wrapped the suckers!!!! I also wanted a gift certificate from my salon to get a pedicure, but I told DH he HAD to go get that one and wrap it!

I got myself a picture printer with free digital camera that is much better quality than my original.

Also some new clothes for Disney.

It is very nice having a b-day and Christmas in the same month. For my b-day I got in on the VS free tote offer and some nice things from there.
