We were there this weekend and we carried a soft sided cooler around with us on the stroller. (Having a 2 yr old does help at times). This time of year, food will last for quite a while in a cooler with freezer blocks in it. As for the florida water, you get used to it, when we moved to FL it was aweful, now it is just water.
