For those who booked pgks with Disney

is there a $100 cxl fee for their packages too? There is with Costco travel packages...thats if its 30 days out...its more if its closer.

The cancelllation and change fees are probably imposed by WDTC (Walt Disney Travel Company) and Costco just passes them on. They probably book through WDTC. I'm pretty sure that's the way it works for AAA. Here are the cancellation/change fees that AAA imposes for Disney packages:

Days -- Change -- Cancel
30+ $25 $100
29-5 $50 $200
4-0 $75 50%

For cancellation and change charges, it's probably better to book yourself. But then, there are some benefits that you may only get by booking a package through Costco or other travel companies.

Well, after i booked with Costco, I called to change something. You end up talking directly with Disney employees, and they are the ones who actually mae the changes (and have the ability to waive any change fees, like the sweet guy I spoke with did for us), so I think it's coming directly from WDTC.

If you include the "insurance" option with your package, then cancellation is free.
If you change your reservation, the fee is $25 (which I just did... added the
4th night free option onto a 6 day package and saved over $200).
The "insurance" option is quite comprehensive on their coverage.
