? for those that have booked a Fairytale Package through Disney

Earlier this month I booked a fairytale package for BCV. I am really excited to try them. I got our confirmation number and was told that we need to paid a deposit by May 23 of $100 to keep our room. I waited and waited for something to come in the mail. We were leaving town for a week to pick up our college kid from school and we were going to be gone on the 23th so I called the same number and charged the deposit to our credit card. I still have not gotten anything from Disney. In the past we always gotten a paper confirmation when we call the 407-W-DISNEY number(CRO), but nothing yet.

When I called the second time to charge our deposit the CM had our reservation on the computer and said that we should get something in the mail. Is this true? Has anyone else gotten a paper confirmation in the mail? I need to know how much I need to know the balance of reservation and the date due.

Should I call CRO again and request a confirmation or will it still come? I am sooo confused.

I just received my confirmation yesterday and I booked over 2 weeks ago. I would give it a couple more days and then call again.

Something should come in the mail for you--they definetly send out a confirmation, just as they would if you booked a room without the package. I got mine about a week after I made the reservation. However, when I changed resorts, I realized it had been weeks and I did not recieve a new, updated confirmation. I called back just to reconfirm everything had been changed and I asked to be sent a new confirmation. That also arrived about a week later. I would just call them up now and ask if they could send you a confirmation--they will be more than happy to send it to you.

I havent officially booked yet but regarding the mail... mail might be back logged a day or two because of Memorial Day. Something was mailed to me on Thursday from a client. I always get their mail in 2 days (normally arrives Sat.) however I only got it today (Tuesday).

Perhaps wait a few days then call or e-mail reservations and ask to be issued a new confirmation via the mail or fax.

I booked a Fairytale Package at CBR on 5/19 and just received my paper confirmation in the mail yesterday.

I am sure it will come soon!

I made my reservation the first day possible for Disney Club members (somewhere around May 8th). I made my deposit the same day. About a week later, I received two confirmations--one with the total price, and a second one to show the price after the deposit.

I would call them and ask them to send you another one. If you have access to a fax machine, you can even ask them to fax it.
