What's your method of journaling your weight loss?

My program came with a really great "Daily Success Log," but I only used it the first time I did the program last year. It works great but it requires one sheet per day, and I ended up carrying a binder with me, which I got tired of.

Now I use monthly calendar pages I printed out from the computer. Yeah, I have to fit lots of stuff in a small block, but I write small anyway, and this way I can look at my progress over large chunks of time. This is what I write in each daily block:
* weight
* # of steps registered on my pedometer for the day
* total grams of carbs
* everything I eat with the # of carbs next to it
* On Wednesdays, I also squeeze in my measurements

In the blank blocks at the top and bottom, I have my beginning of the month measurements and weight, end of the month measurements and weight, and the # of pounds and inches lost at the end of the month. I also have my end of the month weight goal written in the very last block. Because my program runs in 6-week increments, I also have the week # written in on the right-hand margin, along with the total # of weeks I've been on the program.

I use the WISH journal to write down my thoughts on the weight loss process, and plan to periodically update my weight and measurements for others to look at.

Anyone else care to share their journalling methods?

I just bought a little small notebook and I use one page per day. At the top of the page I put the date and my last official weekly weight.

I write down what I eat and the number of points for each item.

That's it! :)

I use my PDA to journal, using the WWCalc program. I have all the restaurants, complete food books and points calculator in the same program. I take it everywhere with me, and I love it!
It tracks how many cups of water, fruit/veggies, milk, vitamin's I do each day. It also calculates activity points and banks for me too.
