For those of you who have eaten at WPC and RR...

We may have to choose only one place to eat in DTD. For those of you who have eaten at both Wolfgang Puck's Cafe and Raglan Road, which would you choose for overall experience? And why?!

Personal preference. Both are good restaurants, but Wolfgang Puck's just has something that appeals to us more than Raglan Road. I don't know if it's because I'm a Puck fan or not, but I just enjoy the food and atmosphere more.

Either way, enjoy!

Just bringing this up to the top. These are the two ressies I'm in a wad about. We've been to Raglan Road before and love it, but was looking at the menu for WPC. It looks delish.

Any opinions?

We enjoy them both. I prefer the decor of RR. However, the outside patio at Puck's can be such a wonderful spot for a meal.

Both have very good food in our experience but RR gets the nod for that right now. However, WPC has a much more extensive menu.

RR accepts the DDE and WPC no longer does. That tips the scale for us. We'll be dining at RR in a week and a half! Can't wait.

Thank you for your response, bcv23, even with the new menu at WPC, I can't make up my mind. I may have to talk DH into another night there! We did RR last trip and loved it.

I haven't seen a new menu. Are there many changes. Or do you mean the eco friendly changes that WP announced?

You're right, it's a great dilemna. Two good choices.

I have done both and prefer Raglan Road, the service was great and the restaurant brand new, wonderful decor, food was good too.. Raglan Road got my vote and brought it to a tie..

I didn't vote, as I have not yet eaten at RR, but I do love WPC...the Mango Iced Tea is delicious, along with several of the appetizers and entrees!

I always refer to the menus on allears for WPC, but it's from 01/06. I was reading on another thread yesturday that most of the steaks are gone and a few other items are gone (back in December) So it may not be a change for those who've gone recently, but like I said, I was going by the real old menu.
