they are GREAT!!!!! definately do it!!! if you are thinking of getting a crib, stroller, or anything from this company, it is well worth the money! we rented a crib for 1 week, and it was beautiful! plus my son was so comfortable he slept LONGER in it than he does at home...although the parks wore him out a bit, it was comforting to know that after a long hot day, the crib would be waiting for a good night sleep, and not a hard, small pack & play! it was the best thing we decided to do on the trip, and our son woke up every morning ready to hit the parks with us! definately worth it!

and we used fairy godmothers for 2 nights. we had Marguerite, who was the next best thing to granny! totally wonderful, and we had no worries leaving our 8 month old with her at all!! she works for Disney for over 30 yrs during the day and is very sweet!

We used ABBF during our trip in July. They were great! We are using them again in December! Our two year old slept so much better in the full size crib. It was worth and will be worth every penny. Can't put a price tag on a decent nights sleep and everyone waking up in a good mood!

I have another positive vote for abbf. We used them in August to rent a full sized crib and the entire experience was great. The price was worth every cent and the customer service provided by Tracy is first notch - this lady works super hard and is so nice. I will be using them again for our next trip!!!

So how does this work? If I rent a full size crib from them do they come to your Disney hotel and set it up? We are staying concierge at the Polynesian, arriving around 4pm. Will the concierge staff let them set it up before we arrive or do we just call when we get there? My baby DD will be 2 weeks shy of 1 year old when we go and there will be me, DH, DD(4 1/2), DS(turns 3 on trip) and another adult. I think a full size crib will be and safter for my baby. I was also thinking of renting a double stroller from them and then just taking a single with me for the airport for the infant.

Thanks for you help.

Will do my best to answer all your questions.

Yes, they do come and set up your crib in the room. You will need to let the resort know ahead of time. Tracy will probably ask you for a contact name (person you confirm your reservation with) as she will need to have permission to set it up if done before you check in. She does everything she can to make sure it is ready for use the minute you set in the door of your room. It comes complete with all the bedding for either a boy or a girl. The crib we had was brand new. It was worth every penny. Our daughter
slept just as if she were at home. Maybe even better after all the activity. (Although this time because we are arriving on a Sunday and being the Holiday season we will need to asssemble it ourselves. It takes only minutes and requires no tools. Tracy will have it waiting in the luggage hold area at our resort.)

She will email you as soon after you put in your request. They also provide many other needs you might have including strollers.
They get our thumbs up!

You guys sold me! I've ordered the crib and the stroller for our visit 10/30-11/4. Miss Haley should sleep soundly!

You are going to be so happy you decided to use ABBF. They are great!

You won't be sorry! Tracy is wonderful! We were very happy with our crib! My parent's have the same kind at their house. The bedding very clean and showed no signs of wear. I am certain the strollers will be in the same wonderful condition.

Have a Great Time! Sweet Dreams to Miss Haley! Let us know how you liked ABBF; and what a wonderful time you had after you get back!

How much does a stroller cost to rent for a week? We're going in Nov. & since gate checking the stroller isn't covered if the airline damages it, we've been thinking about renting one or shipping ours...

PS. our girl will be 5 months old.

I am happy to see everyone has had the same great experiences with ABBF that I have. I have not seen what I am about to say on this board, and I believe it bears repeating.

During my last conversation with Tracy and making my reservation, she thanked me for booking so far in advance (two months). Making a long story short, I always call her as soon as I firm up my resort reservation, and she seemed appreciative of that, as she occasionally has to tell someone (who waited too late to order) that she is booked out of what ever they needed, (and she has a large inventory).

My advice: Do what I do and call A Baby's Best Friend as soon as you have your hotel reservation. My card is not charged until two days before I arrive, so I don't take a chance.

Just my advice for you all, because it's no fun not having what you need for the little ones.

Have a great trip!
