I called for the first time ever to ask if there was a code against my name. I felt a little funy but hey, who doesn't want to save a few bucks!
The CM I got was the world's best salesman!! First he eluded to the fact that my present code of 20% included the whole vacation! Since I had room only, I assumed he meant the dining plan, and he didn't correct me. So, he sold me the DDP, plus one basic ticket (I already have tickets) so that I could do the DDP (i'm thinking DDP with 20% off). YIKES!!
I call to see about 40% off, and I end up in the hole for an additional $1250!
I rechecked everything using the prices in my Passporter and found that I was NOT getting 20% off the DDP or that one ticket! So I had to call back and have another CM undo everything. My poor credit card!!!! This CM made a comment about the other CM, saying making sales isn't always a good thing. Probably has to undo a lot of this guy's stuff.
So - no I don't think I'll be calling any time soon to see about codes.
