I was there the last two weeks (2-16). First week was fabulous weather and crowd-wise. It rained a lot (20 minute downpours in the afternoon with some light rain early evening), but it was warm. Nights were balmy and very comfortable to walk around in shorts and tanks. Wait times were only 20-30 min or more in FantasyLand for rides I didn't bother with. Small World was a walk on everytime I went there.
Second week it was like Spring Break. Heavy crowds, hot sun, little rain, and long waits. The Halloween Parties were manageable (and MK less busy those days), but come Friday it was wall to wall people.
I was in MK Friday, used FastPass a lot, but was surprised by the sheer size of crowds. Saturday I was at EPCOT during the much talked about 2+ hr wait for Soarin and no FP by 1pm. The CMs at Innoventions were joking about the FP going for $50 a pop that day. At one point it reached a 3 1/2 hour wait. by by dinnertime it was down to 50min, until 7:30pm when all the FP people streamed in. Then it went to 75 min and stayed that way to the end.
Weather got very cool at night to the point of needing a jacket as soon as the sun went down.
Next year, I'm moving my trip up a week and go the last week of Sept, first week of October. I want to avoid the Columbus Day crush.
