We booked on Direct Air last year with no problems & had a great experience. This year, however, is not getting off to a great start. I bought 4 vouchers through their 'Family Ties' sale & then basically forgot when the booking window opened. So.....now I'm trying to book a flight for next April school vacation (April 16, 2011) and no dice. It is sold out. I'm sure they will add at least one more flight...they usually have more than one go out on that week, but I'm trying to get a sense of when they might do that.
Of course, I just spent 40 minutes on hold with Direct Air for them to tell me it's sold out and to keep checking back. They couldn't tell me if there was a certain day of the week/time of the day when flights get added. Oh, and they are at the end of another promotion....50% off... I know none of you have a crystal ball, but......any thoughts on when they might add more flights??? Thanks!
