I downloaded a free walking podcast from prevention, and just got to it. It really ramped up my heart rate. It's a 16 minute advanced interval workout. I wasn't too excited by the music, but it was neat to be able to step to the beat of the high intensity interval music. There's also a beginner one. Here it is if you want to check it out:
