Hi! Some of you may know I am in school now going for my teaching cert and MA degree. I am working on a group project in my ed class-we have to teach a lesson on the American Education System vs. Japanese Education System. My part is on the typical school day and how they are similiar/different in each system. I only get 8 minutes to teach my part. I am struggling on coming up with something short, yet interesting and informative.
I am wondering if anyone has any interesting ideas on how to teach this? We are supposed to "pretend" we are teaching middle school children. I have tons of info, but I am trying to figure our what would be the most creative way to teach this lesson in terms of how I set it up, and the method I use to teach it.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
