For the November 2006 travelers

My husband asked if I've met anyone on the boards yet.

I looked at him curiously and he said, "Well do you know if anyone is traveling when we are and have kids about their age?"

I said there was a November Buddies thread, but I don't know if there is a family or two out there like us.

He said wouldn't it be nice if there was another family going during our dates that had kids in our kids age range who could meet for a swim or if we were going to the same park they could meet up for lunch or ride rides together.

I was thinking yea and then my mom who is traveling with us can watch all the kids one night and we could have another couple to go out with to PI. LOL-That was just a joke.

I know this involves a lot, but why not give it a shot.

So, is there a family out there traveling to Disney Nov 25-Dec 1, or within that time frame, who have kids and would be willing to meet up for the kids to have some play time together?

I hope this doesn't seem weird, I thought it would be a nice idea.

I also know this could be a long shot.

So, my family is Me *35*, DH 44, DS 10, DS 8, DD 2.

DH, DD & I will be there around that time frame.. That is a great idea to find other families so the kids can play. DD will be 20 months by than and we will be at SSR from Nov 27th till Dec 8th and are doing MVMCP on Nov 30th. We are hoping to get my dad and step-mom to come with for part of the trip too.

Well, We are going in Nov, but we are leaving on Nov.25th. We are coming from the 19-25th.. staying at WL. My dd is 5.

DD will be 20 months by than and we will be at SSR from Nov 27th till Dec 8th and are doing MVMCP on Nov 30th. We are hoping to get my dad and step-mom to come with for part of the trip too.

We are doing MVMCP on Nov 30 too. Got ADR at LTT at 4:20. That was all that was available.

BUT-- that is a GREAT time you picked. My brother's family went then last year and loved it.

We are Nov 5- 12.

We will be there earlier in the month (4-12) but that sounds like a good plan. I hope you find another family to hang with some.

We will be there Nov21-Nov27 and we are staying at ASMu...we have DS 9 and DS 4 and grandma is going with us also...hope to see you there!!!

There's going to be a day later in the week that my husband is taking the boys offsite and I think my mom and I will take DD (2) to MK so she can play in one of the tot areas, like in Toon Town. Let her see Minnie's House. That way the boys won't be board.
