I had a bit of a brainstorm at the weekend, and wanted to share an idea I had with you guys

I don't know if you gals know of a company called Lush (www.lush.co.uk), but they make handmade shampoos, face packs, bath bombs etc.

They make shower gel which comes in little sachets, and you stick em in the freezer, and when they are frozen, you cut the shower gell off the sachet pack you need and use it when you have a shower, and it cools you down and refreshes you.

Anyways, I bought some for my trip at the end of the month (I like saying that<g>), and I will let you knwo how I get along with it, but I think it's going to be fabulous to freshen up at the end of a hard day's touring!

I have seen the shampoos in a tin before and wondered if they were any good.

I like Take Aways - the Charles Worthington products in Boots. They do small shampoos for various types of hair, a weeny mousse aerosol and hairspray.

Since our trips to Florida or other places tend to be for three weeks, I didn't consider these before but they were perfect for my one week trip to Orlando and for longer trips I just buy double the amount.

How does the cost compare with buying a bottle of normal stuff when you;re there ? Handmade = expensive.

18 sachets cost me about 3 quid, so it's comparable to the price of stuff out there.

No matter how refreshed I want to be, I don't think I could stand cold water showers, but a nice patch of coldness would be very nice

Thats a good idea,i've heard of lush before,going to have a gander on there website Let me know if it works
I've been using orginal source body wash when i went last year!
Let me know how you get on though i might have a try of there products
